What is the difference between a recruitment film and an employer branding film?+

A recruitment film is more action-oriented — targeted at a specific group of candidates, often for a specific role or department. Employer branding is a broader narrative about the company as a workplace. In practice the line is blurred and we often produce both formats in one shooting day, significantly reducing unit cost.

How long does production take?+

From contract signing to final file typically 3–5 weeks. For simpler projects (one shooting day, no language versions) possible to reduce to 2–3 weeks. Full timeline discussed during the brief stage.

What video formats do we receive?+

Full film (2–4 min), short version (60–90 sec), social media clips (15–30 sec in landscape and portrait). Optionally: PL/EN subtitles, voiceover, graphics. All files adapted for LinkedIn, careers page and job listings.

Can we provide our own archive footage?+

Yes. We are happy to work with client archive materials — event photos, footage from previous productions — and supplement them with our recording. This is a good strategy that reduces cost and enriches the film with authentic moments from company life.
