Training Films
One good training video replaces hundreds of hours of repeating the same instructions. It shortens onboarding, reduces errors and accidents — and works on every shift, in every language.

Why it works
What it gives your company
Fewer accidents and errors
An employee who sees the correct way to perform a task makes fewer mistakes than after reading a procedure. Safety video improves real safety, not just compliance.
Shorter onboarding
New employees get up to speed faster when key instructions are available as video — from day one, without tying up a supervisor.
Every language, one asset
Voiceover and subtitles in any language — Ukrainian, English, Hindi. With AI technology, language versions are produced at a fraction of the traditional cost.
An asset for years
A training film works at every recruitment and every audit. Cost per trained employee drops with every month of use.
How we work
Production process
01
Process analysis
We walk the process with your expert — supervisor, safety officer, engineer. We document the steps critical for safety and quality.
02
Script and storyboard
We translate the procedure into film language: what to show in close-up, what to slow down, where to add graphics. Approved before the shoot.
03
On-site filming
We film at your facility without stopping production. NDA and safety procedures are standard at every industrial shoot.
04
Post-production and versions
Editing, graphics, subtitles, voiceover. Files ready for LMS, intranet, kiosks and phones. Language versions on request.
About this service
How does it work in practice?
Training and instructional films are among the fastest-paying investments in internal communication. In manufacturing plants, work-station video instructions cut new operator onboarding time by up to half, and a modern safety film measurably improves procedure retention compared to a slide deck or a read-out training. For companies employing foreign workers, AI voiceover language versions solve the language barrier without multiplying costs.
Sema Studio produces training films for factories and corporations in Lower Silesia and across Poland — from single safety inductions to complete SOP video libraries integrated with LMS systems. We work to industrial standards: filming without stopping the line, NDA procedures, safety clothing and certifications. We know how to film halls, machinery and processes so the material is clear for the employee and safe for trade secrets.
A well-planned training video library grows with the company. We usually start with the most critical stations or procedures, then shoot subsequent modules during recurring shooting days. This lowers the unit cost per film while keeping a consistent visual and substantive standard.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you film on a running production line?+
Yes — that's our standard. We plan the shoot so production never stops: between shifts, at buffer stations or in parallel with normal work. The crew wears safety clothing and completes required site inductions.
Can a safety film replace initial training?+
A film does not replace legally required formal training, but it significantly improves its effectiveness and shortens the theoretical part. Many companies use our films as the core of initial training, supplemented by a test and a practical part.
How are language versions produced?+
We translate the script, then record the voiceover — traditionally or using AI technology (voice cloning, lip-sync), which with multiple languages cuts costs several times over. Subtitles are included with every version as standard.
How much does a training film cost?+
Shooting day from €700 net. A single work-station instruction is usually 1 shooting day and 2–3 finished video modules. With SOP libraries the unit cost drops. Free quote within 24 hours.
In what format do you deliver the materials?+
MP4 files up to 4K, optimised for LMS, intranet, kiosks and mobile devices. On request we split the material into short modules (2–5 min) — the format employees absorb best.
